All training materials, course content, website design, and branding are the intellectual property of SODAK Technology Pvt. Ltd. Reproduction or redistribution without written permission is prohibited.

SODAK Technology makes no guarantees of employment outcomes. While we provide placement support, job offers depend on student performance and employer decisions beyond our control.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
